Our first rental was the first little townhome we bought ourselves. We managed it on our own and realized the stress and struggles that come with being property managers. After several mistakes and learning, we got good at it! After investing in our first short-term rental unit, we again went through hardships and struggle, but again gained useful insight and knowledge. We made the leap to expand even more to help landlords and property managers so that they don’t have to experience the stress and struggles we endured. Our mission is to eliminate their hardships and make homeownership and property investing truly passive income and stress-free.
